Things Got Ya Down? Well Then, Consider These . . ....
In a hospital's Intensive Care Unit, patients always died in the same bed, on Sunday morning, at about 11:00 am, regardless of their medical condition. This puzzled the doctors and some even thought it had something to do with the super natural. No one could solve the mystery as to why the deaths occurred around 11:00 AM Sunday, so a worldwide team of experts was assembled to investigate the cause of the incidents. The next Sunday morning, a few minutes before 11:00 AM all of the doctors and nurses nervously waited outside the ward to see for themselves what the terrible phenomenon was all about. Some were holding wooden crosses, prayer books, and other holy objects to ward off the evil spirits. Just when the clock struck 11:00, Pookie Johnson, the part-time Sunday sweeper, entered the ward and unplugged the life support system so he could use the vacuum cleaner.

Two animal rights defenders were protesting the cruelty of sending pigs to a slaughterhouse in Bonn , Germany . Suddenly, all two thousand pigs broke loose and escaped through a broken fence, stampeding madly. The two helpless protesters were trampled to death.

Ever wonder what's been missing from cupcakemania? As it turns out, it's cupcakes for men. Since the very beginning of the trend, sparked by the gals from Sex and the City, bakeries like Magnolia, BabyCakes, and Baked by Melissa have predominantly aimed their pastel-frosted treats at the ladies. Butch Bakery hopes to change all that with its masculine approach to the baked goodies. The cupcakes are available for delivery in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, and the company has plans to open storefront bakeries throughout the city and beyond.
Each Butch cupcake is topped with a chocolate disk in one of six designs: Woodland Camo, Wood Grain, Houndstooth, Plaid, Checkerboard, or Marble. They come in such macho flavors as rum-soaked Madagascar vanilla cake with cola Bavarian cream (The Rum & Coke!) and maple cake with milk chocolate ganache and bacon bits. Natch.
Butch Bakery was born when David Arrick felt it was time to combine a masculine aesthetic to a traditionally cute product -the cupcake. When a magazine article mentioned that cupcakes were a combination of everything "pink, sweet, cute, and magical", he felt it was time to take action, and butch it up. He decided to create a company where "Butch meets Buttercream". David is delighted to bring this exciting culinary product to market.
Formerly an asset backed securities attorney for a major Wall Street law firm, David's entrepreneurial spirit has taken him on a new path. IGGY POP'S JACKET SNARKY FASHION AT IT'S BEST!
Look at that Leopard Head! - growling from the back of Iggy Pop's Jacket on the Stooges 'Raw Power' album. The jacket was made by John Dove and Molly White in 1971. Iggy Pop - with that vacant sullen stare, immortalised by photographer Mick Rock who created an iconic image that has gone down in Rock 'n' Roll history. I guess every part of the mix that came together by chance (and by design) on the back of the Stooges slab of absolute Punk Rock, would have it's own tale to tell. If you ever get to read anyone's account of the Raw Power tour in '73, you'll be convinced that Iggy was, in his time, the most outrageous Rock 'n' Roll talent in America.

Our hearts are broken for Marie Osmond and her poor tortured son who ended his young life. Depression is a hideous beast that cannot be shaken even with thearpy and treatments. We have suffered with it all of our lives and understand his need to be free from it. RIP Michael
Drug tests pending in Marie Osmond son's LA death
LOS ANGELES – Toxicology tests will determine whether drugs or alcohol played a role in the death of Marie Osmond's 18-year-old son, who police said jumped to his death from a downtown apartment building, a coroner's official said Monday.
Michael Blosil left a suicide note before he leaped from the eighth floor of the building on Friday night, said police Lt. Paul Vernon.
Vernon said he did not have details of the note.
"It was fairly obvious this appeared to be a suicide, based upon witness statements," he said.
Coroner's officials were investigating the case as a suicide, but an autopsy conducted Sunday did not officially determine the cause of death pending the results of toxicology tests, which could take up to two months, said Los Angeles County Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter.
